Lucy is a first year Master of Social Work Student at the University of Kentucky. Before her masters, she received her BA in Psychology along with a certificate in Social Science Research. Lucy spent her senior year writing an Undergraduate Honors Thesis on the mental health help-seeking attitudes and behaviors of undergraduate engineering students. She has also been involved with research regarding learning theories, sleep, and child emotion regulation. Lucy hopes to obtain a certificate in clinical social work during her master’s program and go on to work as a counselor for children and young adults.
